Short-term tools make no permanent promises
Temporary email addresses expire. Use a long-term, controllable channel for critical accounts and unique information.
Terms of Service · Effective August 21, 2026
By using QuickMX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to this agreement.
Temporary email addresses expire. Use a long-term, controllable channel for critical accounts and unique information.
Do not use a hidden real address to deceive, harass, evade bans, or harm others.
To protect the delivery network and other users, we may rate-limit, suspend, or remove abusive resources.
Send the context to support@quickmx.com, and we will review it through a reasonable process.
Subject to third-party rules and applicable law, the service may be used for ordinary email-receiving tasks such as:
The following actions may trigger restrictions, suspension, deletion, or cooperation with a lawful investigation.
| Limits | QuickMX provides | No promise of |
|---|---|---|
| Temporary email | Creation, access, extension, and deletion during the active period | Recovery after expiration, permanent addresses, or guaranteed acceptance by third parties |
| Mail forwarding | Alias management, forwarding attempts, short-term archiving, and retry tools | Guaranteed delivery of every message, bypassing recipient filters, or unlimited quotas |
| Content safety | Reasonable filtering, access controls, and abuse response | Absolutely harmless attachments, end-to-end encryption, or legal custody |
| Availability | Reasonable efforts to maintain the service and fix outages | Uninterrupted service, zero delays, or suitability for every critical use |
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction and use the service for its stated purpose. Users below the local age of independent consent should have a guardian assess the service boundaries and assume the corresponding responsibility.
If you do not agree to these terms, stop using the service and delete any resources you control. Continuing to access the service after an update means you accept the version then in effect, except where the law requires separate consent.
QuickMX provides short-term inboxes without registration and a forwarding-alias console that requires email-code login. Their lifespans, identity assurances, and recovery options differ; do not treat a temporary tool as a permanent email address.
We may adjust capacity, domains, features, and interfaces to maintain security and reliability. Material changes will be explained through reasonable means, though urgent security fixes may take effect immediately.
Users must protect their login email, verification codes, tokens, and two-step verification devices, and must not share console sessions. Actions initiated with valid credentials are generally treated as account activity unless the user promptly reports unauthorized access.
If you notice unusual activity, sign out, secure the destination mailbox, and contact support. We may require email re-verification or pause sensitive actions to prevent further harm.
The service may be used for lawful privacy separation, testing, and ordinary communications management. Users must respect the registration policies of sending websites; the ability to isolate an address is not permission to evade their rules.
Automated use must not damage systems, exhaust capacity, or affect other users. For high-volume or special-purpose use, obtain written permission first rather than splitting requests to bypass limits.
You may not send or assist with spam, phishing, malicious code, fraud, threats, harassment, or unlawful content. Do not impersonate others, receive email you are not authorized to access, or use the service to conceal infringement or the source of an attack.
Do not scan interfaces, guess credentials, bypass quotas, create identities in bulk, or interfere with delivery. We may take temporary or permanent action based on technical signals, complaints, and human review.
Senders and users are responsible for communications content. QuickMX does not claim ownership of users’ email content. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to receive, process, display, forward, protect, and delete that content.
Attachments may be filtered, rejected, or blocked by upstream policies. Do not use the service to transmit private keys, identity documents, medical records, or irreplaceable materials.
Address counts, request frequency, message size, archives, and attachments are subject to technical or account quotas. Quotas help keep a shared service fair and may change based on risk, capacity, or product plans.
When you reach a limit, wait, delete resources you no longer need, or reduce your requests. Do not use multiple accounts, scripts, or proxy networks to evade rate limits.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access in response to security risks, legal requirements, prolonged inactivity, ineligibility, or violations of these terms. Urgent abuse may be handled without notice to stop ongoing harm.
Users may delete aliases and stop using the service. After termination, necessary data will enter the deletion process described in our Privacy Notice, although dispute, security, or legal records may be retained for a limited period.
Email transmission passes through sending systems, network operators, and recipient mailbox providers, each with its own rules. QuickMX does not control whether third parties accept disposable domains, classify messages as spam, or complete delivery.
External email links and attachments on the page are also provided by third parties. Assess the source before opening them; QuickMX does not endorse third-party content, transactions, or policies.
The service is provided as is and as available. We will make reasonable efforts to keep it running, but do not guarantee continuous, error-free service or suitability for critical tasks. Maintenance, attacks, network failures, and third-party delays may affect results.
To the extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are excluded or limited. Where a jurisdiction does not allow every exclusion, its mandatory local rules apply.
To the extent permitted by law, QuickMX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, data, opportunities, or account access. Do not rely on the service as your sole recovery channel; maintain alternatives to reduce foreseeable risk.
To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for reasonable claims and costs arising from their unlawful conduct, misuse of the service, or infringement of third-party rights. These liability limits do not apply where the law prohibits them.
We may update these terms to reflect product, risk, or legal changes and will update the date at the top of the page. If any provision is invalid, the rest remains effective, and the invalid provision will be interpreted as closely as possible to its original purpose where permitted.
For questions about these terms, abuse reports, or disputes, contact support@quickmx.com with the relevant address, time, and facts. The parties should first try to resolve matters through good-faith communication before seeking formal remedies under applicable law.
